Michael’s experience in working on complex commercial claims both as a building consultant and as a former National General Adjuster gives him unique insight into the needs of all parties. With his extensive expertise in managing a network of teams, concurrent complex projects, as well as coordinating and overseeing work during high-volume CAT events, Michael ensures that DBI delivers a premier experience for both our people and our clients.
